[November 6] Within the framework of a working visit to Europe and attending the COP26 Climate Change Conference with the Prime Minister and Vietnamese ministerial delegation from October 31 to November 5, 2021, Van Lang Education Group signed and exchanged cooperation agreements with Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne.
On November 4, 2021, under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Vietnamese ministerial delegation and representatives of the French government, Dr. Nguyen Cao Tri - Chairman of Van Lang Education Group participated in the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne, one of the most prestigious universities in France. Dr. Nguyen Cao Tri, Chairman and Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Board of Director Member were present as representatives of Van Lang Group, while Dr. Laurent Thevenet, Vice-president for International Affairs, Professor of Chemistry; Mr. Jérôme Lacoeuilhe, Director of IUT SÉNART-FONTAINEBLEAU; and Mr. Yannick Le Gouellec, Head of International Business Bachelor represented Université Paris-Est Créteil Val de Marne.
Both parties reached an agreement on exchange of students; exchange of members of teaching staff, academic researchers, members of administrative staff; creation and joint management of research and programs, joint organization of internships, seminars and symposia; and exchange of information of any kind, documentation, publications and research results. With the aspiration to be one of the most admired young universities in Asia by 2030, Van Lang University is looking forward to breakthrough achievements in higher education, innovation and contributions to Vietnam and the global community via this significant collaboration.

In the framework of the Prime Minister’s working visit to Europe, Van Lang University is the only university to join the delegation and leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training to work with leaders of prestigious educational institutions.
